Focus

You aren’t focused enough.

Your mind keeps weavering with no solid goal in mind.

This is why you can’t concentrate enough.

And no, I won’t tell you to “have purpose” like those self-improvement gurus.

We are here to make positive changes to our life…

By using the spiritual way.

Here’s how you attain Godly focus:

Step one is to visualize.

What do you want to create?

Why do you want it?

How will you do it?

The win can resemble anything…

As long as it motivates you the most.

It MUST be attractive.

Attractive enough to keep your thoughts only on it.

This is step two.

Don’t allow any other distracting thoughts to hijack your focus.

You’re all in.

Prepared to sacrifice time and effort in order to attain your goals.

Anything other than that is deadweight that sucks up your energy.

It’s just mentally draining.

The third and final step is to keep your thoughts on that image.

Remember what you visualized at step one?

Think only about that image.

Nothing else.

Keep your attention on it.

Memorize what you are feeling when visualizing.

Those good feelings are crucial to keep your motivation up in the long term.

The main idea isn’t hard to understand:

Keep your thoughts on what you intend to create.

To utilize this you need to understand the process.

Know what you want to create.

Make it attractive so that you think only about it.

Keep your thoughts on that image until you achieve it.

This is the formula for focus.

Without solid focus, you can’t keep pursuing your higher self.

Because the image of it will fade away.

There is only one thing worthy of your attention.

Your goals.

Keep being present in the moment.

Develop crystal-clear focus.

The win will be within grasp.
