How to make 2025 your year (the Godly way)

A message from your higher self:

Self-worth or self-image comes from knowing oneself.

It’s the way an individual may know their own sense of worth or value.

However, in today’s world it can be very easy to have low self-worth.

Negativity is permeating all around us.

Looking back, I had low self-image myself.

I really didn’t think I was much, just coasting through life.

But if you can have low self-worth, then the opposite can be achieved also.

A thing I’ve noticed was that our minds are incredibly sensitive, meaning that anything can affect our self image.

Protect your mind at all costs.

It’s a billion-dollar entity.

Let’s look at the things that may lower one’s self-worth or self-image:

1) Outside Negative Forces

Negative people are everywhere around you, including friends, coworkers, classmates, and even family members.

If you have people who constantly put themselves and those around them down, it can affect you mentally.

Negative media such as TV, music, and social media are an0ther big problem.

These are not inherently bad, but in our society, bad and negative content is glorified and sells.

TV showcases negative stories, news highlighting negative events consistently disguised as “staying informed”, music with negative lyrics, and social media, which can be our greatest or most destructive tool.

With social media, many fall victim to comparing, not thinking they’re good enough, thinking they are falling behind in life.

These combinations, if not tamed, can cause major damage to your conscious and subconscious, leading to all types of negative thoughts and feedback loops.

2) Inside Negative Forces

This is where all those negative thoughts you’ve heard and unconsciously taken in will continue to loop in your thoughts.

For example:

“I suck”, “I’m not good enough”, “I’m not good at math”, “I’m clumsy”, “I’m not that confident”, “I’m scared”, “I’m broke”, or “I can’t”.

These simple words can greatly diminish your self-worth/self-image.

They can stop you from trying something new, overcoming simple obstacles, getting out of your comfort zone, anxious in any situation to the point where you’re afraid to even go out and be around people.

It’s not easy to change, but when a human has the will to change, nothing on this earth can stop a human’s will.

Overcoming Negative: Thought Loops and Raising Self-Worth/Self-Image

The simplest way to retool your mind and raise your self-worth/self-image is to completely put a lid on the negatives you are receiving, whether it’s via media or people around you, and add in a huge dose of positivity consistently.

For example:

“I’m a winner”, “Im healthy”, “I am successful at everything i do”, “I’m happy”, “good things happen in my life daily” “I have great people around me”

Here are some positives you can add to release the negative:

A. Outside Positive Forces

Positive people around you.

In your life, there has been that one person who seemed happier than the rest, maybe even more successful.

That one person who, when you were around them, always seemed to add a bit of positivity to your life, whether it was with words or actions.

Pinpoint those individuals.

B. Positive media

Now, I know you were thinking, “Dang, I may have to cut off social media and throw my phone away.”

Not so fast.

You can find positivity in the media that can help grow you.

C. Spiritual Growth

Everything I’ve written about in the personal growth section directly leads to your spiritual growth.

But what is spiritual growth?

It’s growth within yourself, which I like to call “self-realization”, and your relationship and connection with a higher power, nature, the universe, or, in my personal belief, “God”.

When you enter the world of self-realization and become one with “God”, you relinquish all negativity.

You enter a world of success and true happiness, filled with faith, love, clarity, and courage.

From my experience, you will almost feel invincible, able to succeed in everything you do or touch.

Lastly,

How to Continue Growing Spiritually:

- Continue the path of good habits you’ve built for your personal growth journey.

- Implement a religious text and immerse your mindset in it (for me, it was the Bible)

- Apply the teachings that resonated with you from the religious texts (Holy Bible, Quran, Torah etc.)

If you are not comfortable picking up a religious text or are perhaps an atheist, you can pick up this book:

“The Power of Your Subconscious Mind” by Joseph Murphy.

One bonus concept that brings all these elements together, as my mentor used to say,

Inspired Action.

Inspired Action occurs when you begin to act on your desires, such as advancing your career, pursuing education, starting a business, or following any passion and goals.

Essentially, Inspired Action means acting on your desires while already knowing in your mind that you’ve won. Where your actions are not just steps towards a goal, but expressions of your confidence in achieving that goal.

Try these out:

- Normalize talking to strangers

- Listen to positive audios with “I am” affirmations (I recommend sleeping while listening)

- Use Apps to make the process easier (The Calm app has guided meditation)

Frankly, this was just a fraction of the value inside The Enlightenment Blueprint - my flagship offer for everyone looking to unleash their true divine potential in 2025 with principles levels above conventional ‘self-help’ advice.

Happy New Year!

I'll talk to you soon.
