Society is no different from wild life.

To survive, you MUST read others like a book:

Their intentions, their thoughts and wants.

It might sound tricky but it’s not difficult to attain.

You don’t have to resort to radical measures like manipulation (which, by the way, is far more complex and something we don't want to do anyways)

The trick is simple:

Nonverbal communication

It involves awareness of the behaviors the person is manifesting and emotional intelligence.

1. Body Language

90% aren’t even aware how easily they can be read…

All because of the signs their body is giving.

Such signs are often:

Tensed up body

Different voice pitch

Red face (because of rapid breathing)

Unnatural movements (jiggling foot, biting lips)

In short, if the person suddenly acts differently than usual, you know something is up.

2. Emotional Intelligence

This is the magic of reading others.

To understand EXACTLY how others feel, put yourself in their shoes.

How would you react?

What would you feel?

Stay sharp during conversations.

The context plays a crucial role in reading others.

Bear in mind other situations like latest events

These have the potential to influence how someone acts (especially if they faced a negative event)

Lastly, trust your intuition.

Humans can pick emotional cues on autopilot.

It’s better to be wrong than regret not trusting yourself.

BONUS: Reflect On Your Own Emotions

Humans have lots in common.

Look at yourself more often.

You’ll find lots of clues about how others think.

To understand others you have to understand yourself first.

Hone the skills I gave you above.

Your thinking will change. (for the better)
