'The Flow State'

Hey fellow warrior.

All of us have a common goal:

To attain our highest selves.

That highest version of ourselves is the one who achieves anything…

Who lives the most fulfilled life…

And who dwells in constant harmony with God.

You are lucky though.

You can get close to your Godly potential…

This is the flow state.

Aka “The Zone”

It’s that feeling of ultimate focus.

You get absorbed by your craft to the degree that you lose track of time.

Now…

Entering the zone is no easy task.

You need to get some things straight:

Entering the flow state is only possible when you are enjoying what you are doing.

The given task should be fairly challenging…

But not out of your reach.

We do this to avoid anxiety or boredom.

There are two more requirements.

I would say the most important of them all.

Clear goals.

You cannot run at random in the dark.

Instead, you need vision.

A well defined purpose for you to pursue.

No distractions.

If you get distracted, it’s all lost.

Your focus will be stolen.

You won’t be able to enter the zone anymore.

So before doing any tasks…

Make sure nothing is interrupting your work.

This should be like a ritual:

Prepare the workplace

Visualize

Ask the Lord for help

Nothing more. Nothing less.

Only you, your craft and God.

All given above will make it easier for you to unlock the flow state.

In the end it’s up to you.

It’s up to how strong your desire is.

The Zone is the place of ultimate focus.

Keep your head down till you are done and you will maintain this Godly state.
