Power of MOTION

Hey fellow warrior.

Mental health is the reason we act as we do.

Well-maintained mental health will make you desire bigger goals.

It will make you enjoy hard work.

On the flipside, bad mental health is the reason people don’t live as they want.

5% of adults suffer from mild depression…

This makes them smoke, drink and even do illegal substances.

Waste time and never get anything significant accomplished.

They don’t understand one thing…

They’re lucky.

This type of depression can be beaten without prescriptions.

In fact it’s so simple they don’t even believe it’s working.

It’s a principle I call MOTION.

Constant pursuit of your goals will have a positive impact on your well-being.

All because you engage in what makes you feel accomplished…

Something that makes you feel better about yourself.

It can be anything:

Going to the gym

Learning a new skill

Building a business

As long as you have momentum, you can’t feel down.

Next time you don’t feel well about yourself, do something as soon as possible.

Go on a walk or visit a friend/relative.

Go for a run.

Get things going.

Low form depression can’t affect you if you have motion.

Because of how insignificant it is in relation to your goals.

If you find yourself slacking off, get a TO-DO LIST.

It’s a good extra layer to remind you of your purpose.

Be in pursuit of something and never let go.

I’ll talk to you soon…
