The cure to depression

Hey fellow warrior.

Depression is a common problem nowadays.

It’s no surprise.

There are lots of factors that provoke depression.

All the way from unfair social media standards to personal life affairs.

However…

We are here to solve this limiting problem.

Not through medication or any stuff like that…

We solve depression the spiritual way.

Mindfulness is about keeping a positive state of mind.

Here you must rewire your brain to avoid negativity at all costs.

So that outside forces don’t affect you in the slightest.

Failure is your best friend.

There is no better teacher than failure.

What's there to lose for you?

Everyone goes through self doubt and failure.

You will never find peace if you let self doubt dictate your life.

You don’t want a boring life.

You want something thrilling and full of emotion.

Be in a constant pursuit of your higher self.

This is the key point in transitioning to the next compartment:

Connection

You need only one connection:

Connection to God.

God has all the power in the world.

Pray as you already conquered depression.

Pray as you already became your higher self.

Utilizing that goodwill state you will get an impulse…

To get up and grind.

To leave your depression behind.

The ultimate key to depression is movement.

You lack purpose.

You lack direction.

This is why you feel stuck in one place.

Show your worth to God and He will share His powers with you.
