The KEY to leadership

A message from your higher self:

How often have you thought about leadership?

Imagine yourself leading a group of young men to form a brotherhood…

Or a talented group of people towards financial success.

How do you even start leading them?

Perhaps through charisma, manipulation or forcing others to listen?

All of these are wrong.

Charisma is needed, but it’s not a primordial thing.

Before leading others you need to learn how to lead yourself:

How you act

How you feel

How you speak

Self-leadership is about understanding and managing your own behavior.

This foundational self-discipline ensures that a leader can act with integrity, make sound decisions, and inspire others through example.

US President Theodore Roosevelt is a prime example:

He was known for his robust character, featuring insane determination.

He faced severe asthma in his youth.

He even had to go through the loss of his own mother and wife on the same day…

Yet he constantly pushed himself to overcome mistakes.

Resilience made him shine as an outstanding leader.

His life highlights this crucial principle:

That effective leadership begins with the mastery of self-leadership.

By now you should’ve understood the concept of leading yourself.

But where do you start?

First, you need a purpose higher than yourself.

You must be aspiring for more…

To be in constant pursuit of something.

This way you’ll only inspire bypassers with your hard work.

Second, you’ll have to understand that others are humans too, just like you.

You can forcefully take something away, but you can’t forcefully give.

Treat people how you’d like them to treat you.

Do not misunderstand.

There WILL be people who’ll take advantage of your kindness.

This is why you need to be wary.

Cut them off as soon as you’ve noticed.

Lastly, the quality of your leadership is determined by your AUTHENTICITY.

People feel it when you’re being something you’re not.

Be yourself and strive for your best self.

This way you’ll draw compatible people only.

In essence, leadership is about self-leadership first.

Mastery over yourself not only enhances personal effectiveness…

It also serves as a good example for others.

You become their inspiration.

As long as you’re motivated to get to that ultimate goal, nothing can stop you.
